A Law Graduate from Patna Law College, he brings nearly two decades of experience of representing various clients in Delhi High Court and various Tribunals including NGT. He is known for his expertise in Renewable Sector Regulatory regimes related to development of Wind Power and Solar Power parks in different geographies of India. He is an empanelled lawyer of SJVN Limited (A GOI Navratan PSU).
He also specializes in Coal Mining Regulations and is known for his all-round knowledge of Complex Mining Contractual Disputes and issues related with the developments of Green Field and Brown Field Coal and Metal Mines in India.
Mr. Jitendra Mohananey is Commerce and Law Graduate, Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also CPA, Australia. He is an Advocate enrolled with Delhi Bar Council.
He possesses over 37 years of experience years, including over a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector. This includes an extensive experience working as CFO/Group CFO for over a decade with varies sectors including Clean and Renewable Energy, Power, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages etc. He has successfully managed three IPOs whose current market cap is over INR 500 billion. He has domain expertise in Capital Structuring, Private Equity Funds, Project Finance, Business Valuation, M & As, Company and related corporate laws, drafting and vetting of commercial agreements etc.
